Student Travel Reimbursement Request

    We're delighted that you'd like to visit campus! Our Admissions Office has some limited financial resources to help support travel to campus.  This form is for submitting your receipts for reimbursement.  

    If you are not sure if you qualify for a travel subsidy, please read this page for more information about this program.  

    When should I complete this form?  You are welcome to submit your receipt in advance of your visit, but we will not process the reimbursement until you have visited campus.  
    • If you're approved to use a travel subsidy to visit campus as an admitted student, please complete your travel and submit your receipt by May 1
    • If you're approved to use a travel subsidy to visit campus in the summer, fall, or early winter, please complete your travel and submit your receipt by January 15
