Group Visits

Carleton welcomes groups for specialized tours on a case-by-case basis. Please fill out the form below at least one month in advance of your visit and we'll be in touch about your options.

Important notes about group visits: 

• A typical visit includes a 30min information session followed by a ~60min tour
• If your group arrives more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to participate in the presentation portion of the visit programming
• Tours happen rain or shine (or sleet or snow), so bring appropriate weather gear 
• Any requests beyond an information session and campus tour should be included in the box at the bottom of the form
• We recommend you visit Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday afternoon due to tour guide availability
• We cannot accommodate more than 50 students and 5 chaperones at this time
• We require 1 chaperone from your organization for every 10 students who will be attending
• We cannot accommodate visits of students younger than high school

Expectations for Admissions campus visitors: 

• Registration: all prospective students and their guests must be registered in advance. Please expect to be asked for an attendance sheet in advance of your group's visit 
• If a member of your group is feeling ill on the morning of your visit, they should not proceed with an in-person visit.

Accessibility: Accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms will be available. All open buildings also offer places to sit. While we always seek to have accessible campus tours, please know that ongoing construction may prompt changes to the tour routes.
